Fake caller spoof VZ support number and caller ID. They called me on my cell phone. They claimed to be with fraud dept. They said there is unusual purchase. They somehow access "My Verizon" app to access 1 time access to my account. They gave a password to enter. I didn't realized this until later in the day. I allowed someone into my account!
Beware! VZ will not ask you to send money on either Zelle or other cash app. I got defrauded. I hope others to be careful.
PS VZ does not call you. They'll either text or email.
