Cannot sign in from eMail.
Received yet another email that says someone put something in my cart.
I am trying to find the cart on the Verizon app in order to empty out what I did not put in there.
When I click on your card in the email there is no possible way I can sign it in. It becomes a circular mess taking me back-and-forth to Verfication and I get nowhere.
I have looked all over the website and all over the app and I cannot find the cart.
I do not want Verizon or anyone else putting stuff in my cart that I did not put there and certainly without My knowledge or permission.

Hello, IceCat. Help is here as we definitely want to ensure you have access to viewing your cart via your My Verizon account. Just to confirm, is this for wireless or Fios?
