Cellular service not working, can not log into My Verizon with Two Factor authentication

The cellular service has stopped working on my IPhone. With this, I am unable to make or receive calls and texts. I wanted to log into My Verizon to check options/solutions but am unable to log in due to the Two factor authentication.
Further, I can not even ask a general question to the customer service chat service (only option available given my phone issue) because this too requires me to sign in to My Verizon to just ask a simple question. Seems like a rather inconvenient catch-22. I need to log in to ask a question about how to get help to log in.
Can I just choose to leave my account with no security? I do not care, I will take the risk with just the one factor authentication.
Perhaps it is possible to utilize the two factor authentication with a message sent through a wifi messaging service? Such as whatsapp?
Or, going out on a limb here, maybe Verizon could let me authenticate with my email?
Any help is much appreciated. Looking forward to improved accessibility to verizon customer service.

fishathletic, luckily we've got multiple places you can get support. I'd be happy to help answer your questions, along with taking a look at the issues you're having on your phone. I've sent a Private Note, so we can get started.
