Is anyone else having problems with the MyVerizon app chat option not working? I can choose the option to chat, and it just acts like it's loading, but never opens to chat with support.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi, I'm pretty sure the live chat closes at 7pm of whatever time zone that support center is located, and it's also been my experience that Verizon CS reps aren't around as much on weekends anyway. It's only been very recently that I've even seen them posting in the forums on Saturdays, and they don't post on Sundays. I'd try again during business hours during the week.
