So I just switched carriers for my mobile devices however, I still maintain Verizon file service and 5G home Internet Service as well as a mobile line for an Apple Watch however I tried to login to the app and it will not let me login using my credentials. I had to create new credentials and nothing is there. I have no idea how to retrieve bills or any of that. Itโ€™s almost as if they deleted my entire account so now I wonder when my Internet is going to go out. The app is very temperamental. Itโ€™s almost as if itโ€™s vindictive because I switched my mobile carrier.

In a situation where the number used to register your My Verizon account is disconnected, that online account will close down, so you will need to re-register once again in order to manage your account.
