10/21 Updated My Verizon App now Digital Secure DOES NOT TURN ON! VERIZON IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR BAD SERVICE. 10/04Everything Slowed down to 2.4 GHZ on 5G Wi-Fi Why? App Continues to just drop off leaving me vulnerable to 'Weak Wi-Fi".

Please tell us, what is the make and model of your device? Have you restarted your phone since installing the app update? What troubleshooting have you attempted prior to reaching out to us?

Thanks for that information. Have you been able to power your phone off since updating the My Verizon app? Is your phone software up to date as well?
