What make/model phone do you have? Have you checked the phone 'Settings', 'System - Languages, time, backup'? At least that is what my Android moto z4 has for language options.
Admin note: these are the instructions to change your device language on an Andriod device. For iOS, tap Settings, then General, then Language & Region. - @Dan_VZ
