How can I find my up to date call activity

Im trying to access my current call or text activity to find a specific number that was called and not saved. The bill hasn’t come out and the call was made within the past two weeks. Im lost so any help is greatly appreciated

Does your phone app have a "recents" section to check? Unless, of course, you deleted all the history on your phone app. You can also login to your My Verizon account and view the call activity there, but based upon how often people report their logs aren't updated regularly in My Verizon...
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I also cannot access usage details for call and message logs on all my lines. Message says: No call log available for this line. No message log available for this line. Even though there are dozens of minutes and messages. Any answers?

packbrew, please tell us, when was the last time that you were able to view your usage details? Are you using the app or website?

I have also called regarding this issue. It was escalated, but based on the forum discussions, it appears to be a recurring problem that needs to be addressed. It's unacceptable. I have logged in on both mobile and web as a manager, but there are still no logs available. It's frustrating, especially considering the high costs involved.

Raleigheve, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We hear you, and can definitely understand how being unable to view your usage online is far from convenient. Please tell us, have you tried using an alternate browser? When did you first notice you were unable to access usage logs?
