How do I pay my bill if the website is not loading the billing page/I am receiving an error.

For some reason, it is so incredibly difficult for Verizon to answer their phones. I can log in and view my bill, but when I click to make a payment, it redirects me to this error screen. Refreshing does nothing, I even switched from mobile to desktop, restarted my internet, and opened and closed the app several times. I am always late to pay because of the sub-par quality of the website/app and how impossible it is to get them to answer their phones.

I thought something was wrong with my phone because I've also been trying to pay my bill this morning and I keep getting an error message. I've refreshed the page ten times. This is ridiculous.

We are concerned to learn about your issues when attempting to make a payment. Are you still experiencing issues? Are you experiencing this issue both on the website and through the mobile app? One time payments can also be made using the link below without the need to access the account. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

Based on the number of threads which have appeared recently regarding this topic, there must be something down with the payment system in My Verizon. Have you tried dialing #PMT on your phone, or using the one-time payment link which doesn't require a login to your account?

Someone also said they managed to pay their bill by using the chat function. If nothing else works, you can go to a corporate Verizon store and pay your bill in person.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

This is so inconvenient! The fact that several people have had this issue over a month now is very concerning. At this point, this is just designed to make us pay extra in fees. VZW acts clueless althoug multiple people have addressed this issue. I need to be able to pay my bill through the app. I canโt even go in and update my payment arrangement

I am switching phone providers at my earliest convenience. I now owe late fees, on top of my $200 bill that I can barely pay, and it is incredibly unfair that I should have to be punished for their website not working correctly. I should not have to go out of my way to fix their problem for them.
After years of being a "loyal customer" and still being treated so disrespectfully, this is my breaking point. I am very disappointed in Verizon and how they handle their issues.
