Definitive solution for Android users found through support today..

If it is mva that is having an issue, you need to find the app IN THE PLAYSTORE from there you need to uninstall, which will remove all updates..

 

Then reinstall the updates via the Playstore app and that's it! 

 

Do this for all similarly malfunctioning verizon apps.

 

Apparently sometimes the system gets confused on what type of app you have..

 

If that still does not work have the agent unregister then re register your device.
