I just got a Verizon number and phone and it shipped and I created a my Verizon account, however when I go to link this new number and account, it says this number is already in use on an account. I try to log in with the number and to reset the passcode you need a zip code. I enter mine and it says the zip code is not valid.
anyone had this issue or have any idea where to go?
