My Verizon app

This app makes me sign into my account after every click. I tell it to save my info doesn’t save. Try to check my order with my new phone can’t see anything. Try to track shipment and hook up though app and nothing. All the app has is this forum nothing else. Just makes me sign into the app even though I’m already signed in.

If you're new to Verizon and are waiting for a new phone to arrive but otherwise do not have an active line or service with Verizon yet, then what's going on is My Verizon is signing you in as a guest.  Guest accounts don't have many access rights at all and you can't link your services to them.  I'm assuming you placed the phone order online - if so, I've got a number in my notes for Internet Order Support: 866-338-7390.

If you do have active service with Verizon currently but My Verizon is acting like that, I suspect that you still got a guest account for some reason and will have to re-register for a "real" account.  The link below will help you do this:

What make/model device are you having the issue on?  Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the app?  Are you using an existing login or creating a new login? Does your login work when using a browser on your phone instead of the app?
