App is steadily declining. At times cannot even pay a bill. Can no longer see missed calls or voicemails and cannot access or delete them. The customer service chat access has also been rendered useless. App has always been buggy but at this point it doesn't appear safe to use any longer
Hey there, dsegam, we want to help ensure you are able to manage yoru account via My Verizon. Are you only running into issues with the app as opposed to the website? What happens when trying to make a payment? You mentioned an issue with not seeing missed calls any longer. What do you see on your phone when a call is missed?
