Myverizon app. does not show my wireless bill; and some Verizon  messages are not coming to my text messages.  I have tried for months to get it fixed with  technical support.  We have unenrolled several times, changed passwords, username, and un-installed the app a number of times. 

At this point everything works except no payment information for my wireless, and not receiving all text messages from Verizon. 

If someone knows what can be done to solve my problem I would  appreciate the information.

We want to make sure you are able to manage your account. When did this issue start? To clarify, what do you mean by the wireless bill is not showing, do you also have Fios services?

In the My Verizon App I can access my Fios bill, but I cannot access my wireless bill.  I also do not get text messages from My Verizon.
