September 2023 Update Lost Pairing and Can't Pair

Feel like I was forced to make the update because I couldn't sign in to the Smart Family app unless I did. After, I am unable to pair my child's phone with mine. I send the reminder text, and am sent to a link that won't load. I've tried turning our phones off and on, tried using wi-fi and tried without wi-fi, using data. Nothing works. Please help as the restrictions we set are now gone, and I'm unable to use location. Pretty much there is no app on his phone, and it's useless without pairing.
