How do I turn off the spam from this app. I don't want concert tickets, please stop. I went through support and they said they turned it off but they keep coming.

I know I like spam anything as much as the next person, and we defintiely want you to be able to manage notifications on your device, and we are here to help. Can you tell me more about how you are receiving these notifications? What make & model device are you using?
