Thoughts for the MyVerizon app

In my opinion, agents shouldn’t have to ask for account info when user launch chat window in app while logged in. I just feel like repeating myself over and over again when launching a new chat window from the MyVerizon app to be quite frustrating sometimes. The app also timeout when I am still talking to the agent, even if I click on keep connected to session, resulting in me having to repeat myself.
