Unable to link one verizon id - mobile to current Fios account

Like others, I have been unable to unlink my mobile verizon account from  an old Fios account. I have had a new Fios account for over 3 years and still unable to link to my current accounts,  every time I try i waste hours trying to get this resolved. 

I tried again yesterday determined that this was the time it was finally going to be resolved, and after an hour with no resolve - I was told again that I needed to go to the Fios team. 

Can anyone please let me know how I can get this resolved finally?

Hi lj46,

You will need to de-enroll your Wireless line and then register again with a new log-in account and password. Have a Verizon Mobile support agent delete your Mobile registration, re-register the Mobile account, and then go through One Verizon ID linkage again with the new Home credentials.
