I personally am the account holder of 3 lines on my account. I am only able to see 2/3 lines; the 3rd line is entirely missing. I cannot see it so therefore I can’t see the usage, upgrade options, anything.
I checked my bill - paying for that line every month. The user of the line reports no issues.
After doing some digging on my account, I located the line within the Plans section. The missing line has the triangle with an exclamation point symbol. When I click on the symbol to see it’s meaning, it says “Not entitled.” I also cannot change the plan type or anything.
What does this mean? What happened? How do I fix it? I have called and gone in store, and no resolution yet.
