I am having applying and seeing Verizon dollars in my Verizon app. Called Verizon customer service , synchrony bank customer service . No update .
I see Verizon dollars in my statement but Verizon doesn't see it . This is so frustrating as a customer . Has anyone has any tips .
How they resolve this issue .

I did that already . Synchrony told me to call Verizon as they are just issuing the credit card .
Verizon says call them . All I am doing for last 3 days is getting no solution to this problem .
