The past few months I have not been able to open my Verizon app. I've uninstalled, installed it back. Changed passwords, talked to 3 different customer reps. That chat always fails. The main page after you login has a triangle with an exclamation mark, and says having trouble loading. I'm not even sure how I made it this far to see if this is happening with everyone.

On what device make/model are you having issues with the Verizon app (version ?)? 

When you uninstall the app, have you 'cleared data/cache' ?

It works fine on my Android moto z4 phone, app version 18.1.2.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

I have a Google pixel 6. Yes all cache and data have been cleared multiple times, by going through the steps that were necessary. I'm just not sure why they haven't contacted me back yet. Thanks for trying to help, hope it gets resolved soon.

  • I called customer service and spoke with them. They said they would get back to me Friday or Saturday... They have yet to get back with me. The agent and a tech have full access to my phone. I am not able to get into the "my account"part of the logging in. I can go to other places in the app. It's just my account. Like I said, I never received a phone call from that agent that I spoke with on Wednesday.  I'm not sure who else to talk to?
