Verizon online site not working

I have attempted to pay my bill about 13 times today. The website and my verizon app will not work once you hit pay bill option. I called and the auto system sent me a text with a link to pay and when you open the link it says page not available. Then another text was sent that just said "test." Been doing this since early this morning. I even tried to log into my computer to make payment still not working

I've been trying to pay mine for 3 days with the same issue. My bills due in 3 days and I dont know how to pay it now.

same problem but worse. cant even login my account. whoever they have coding their app and website should be fired .

The same thing has happened to me. Next, I tried dialing #PMT. The automated prompt didnโt recognize my number. Then I tried logging in on my desktop and it didnโt recognize my password.
