Visa Dashboard does not work

Started with one device, but now all three Apple devices.

App work otherwise, but when I select the login for the Visa, the dashboard briefly appears, then returns to the previous screen. No opportunity to enter anything. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it on two devices with no change in behavior.

Synchrony says this is a problem with your app. No problem whatsoever logging in on their site.

Iโ€™m having the same exact issue. AND Iโ€™m not able to apply my Verizon Dollars to my billโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve contacted Verizon, Synchrony, Verizon Visa Customer Service, Verizon Corporate. No one knows whatโ€™s going on. Itโ€™s a gaslighting fiasco where one tells you to go to the other because they have nothing to do with it. Iโ€™m so tempted to just give up and switch to T-Mobile over this card issue. I feel stolen from. I almost have a full billโ€™s worth of Verizon Dollars.
