I have tried 5 times to register to renew my Veteran's status discount. I get to a page that displays an error stating my first name is not valid. Can get past that. Tried Verizon chat support and that was absolutely a horrible experience with long wait times and zero help.
What do I do at this point?
Once your a veteran your status will never change. Why is Verizon doing this?
