I know I'm not the first person with this problem but since no other method seems to translate to any success, I'm posting here:
I have a promo to redeem for a $100 gift card from signing up for Fios. The redemption link on the website doesn't work. Several chat sessions no one knows what's going on-- said they opened a ticket but I've heard nothing in over a month. Every chat they first send me through the same fruitless troubleshooting before they direct me to the phone number where I wait for hours on hold with no success. It shouldn't be this hard to redeem a simple promotion. At this point, the time I've wasted on $100 doesn't even equate to minimum wage. Realizing that countless others have had this problem, it seems like Verizon is just hoping we'll never redeem this award before it expires. It's dishonest and disappointing. Xfinity, anyone?
