Hello I switched over to Verizon from tmobile in september. I traded in my iPhone 5 for 200 bucks credit. And also was told ill receive a 100 bill credit for switching over in 2-3bill cycles. Still nothing yet. On phone with customer service for 30 minutes. Thinking about just canceling my Verizon since they lied and are avoiding me
, we certainly don’t want to see you go. You made the right choice by switching over to us. I want to make sure we look into this for you. I can see how frustrating this may be that you have not received the credits. You mentioned you were on the phone with customer service, has this been resolved? If not, how did you trade in the phone and start service? Who advised that you were to get the credits? Please let us know.

No issue has not been resolved. Waited over 1 hr on hold so I hung up. Ridiculous. I received the 200 for trading my phone in. Rep at the store told me ill receive additional 100 for switching from tmobile. Bunch of liars. If issue doesn't get resolved in couple of days I'll be switching to different provider
