Well...each customer representative has a different story to tell. Some say I will get it and when i enquire again, they say I am not eligible.I have no clue what needs to be done.
I am in the same boat. I got my phone last year. I was told I'd get a $150 credit on my bill within 2-3 billing cycles. I was told it would be automatic from my port from t-moblie. I have since chatted online 3 times and called verizon 4 times about it. Each time they apologize saying i should have gotten it and will take care of it. i still don't have it. I'm about ready to cancel and switch to AT&T.
Monicalee314? Question, did they apply the credit yet? I have been told the same thing 4 times. They text me back, tell me to wait a week or 2. But then i don't get the credit. Each time on the phone i get a different person saying i should get the credit. Then time goes by, it isn't applyed to my account, and i call back.
Thanks for clarifying the dates, they change so often.
Was there any limit on porting from other carriers? ( ie. T-mobile and sprint only off to pay ETFs for Verizon and AT&T, but not other carriers)
I don't think this is correct. The promotion was still going in March, and had been extended to including non-edge plan phones.
When I purchased my phone on 3/4 at Costco they had a sign that said said the port-in credit applied to both edge and non-edge phones. I printed the "faq" on the verizon web page about the credit that says:
