I am a new customer with Verizon. I started my services on August 20th. I brought 2 lines which I was told I would get $350 each for. The agent at the location submitted the rebates on my behalf. About 2 weeks ago I received an alert and she had placed me on a plan that was not acceptable with the gift card so I had to resubmit them again. Now I am having to wait 4 additional weeks because they aren’t able to backdate the rebates they said. Makes no sense to me. I have spend the last 3 days on the phone trying to get to the rebate center to get this taken care of. I was on chat for 2.5 hours yesterday alone. Im not sure why no one can take care of this. I just simple want my e-gift card that can simply be emailed to me. You would think this would be so easy to do but apparently it’s the hardest. I’ve been with Verizon less than a month and it’s been one thing after another. Hopefully someone sees this and can help me figure this out so that I can get my e-gift cards sent to me. Thanks so much!
I switched carriers to Verizon on 9/8/21 and brought my current Iphone to use with verizon. Today I get an email stating I don't qualify for the rebate because "The line associated with this rebate is not on an eligible plan" I am on unlimited plan and my sales associated at the verizon store said I qualify for this rebate. Please advise what I need to do to get this rebate.
