Hi we purchased four of our devices under the holiday promotion from COSTCO wholesale. 

The offer was "Buy a select device on a new line of service with Device Payment and get a $250 Verizon eGift Card" . We were expecting to receive the eGift card but we never received them so far. 

Since I got the mobiles I am paying around $300 each month some times more.  Can some one please help us with the possible solution.
