I am a new Verizon customer since August 27 2021. I made 3 calls and each call is at least 3hrs long for the trade-in promotion . All 3 staffs promised to call me back, first on 9/20 , 2nd on 9/25 and last one on 9/28 but none of them called me back. I told the last staff about those staffs i talked to. He said he will report this to upper level and then he also broke his promise.
I am not happy with Verizon Customer Service. I hope this message will reach upper managers.
