When I first transferred to Verizon, they provided those $350 rebate cards for each line and told me that I had to keep my lines for at least 6 months to avoid chargebacks. I checked back with Verizon when it's 6 months, and they said the timeline is actually 12 months. Today I checked back again, it became 22 months. They keep pushing the time to keep you with them as long as you could and refuse to provide any written policy. The online agent just disappeared when I asked for written policy statements. IT'S A TOTAL SCA.M. Please explain. I screenshotted all the evidence as well as Verizon's OFFICIAL SUPPORT saying it's 12 months on YOUR OWN WEBSITE.
