Any experiences or help on how to redeem a $350/ported line rebate please?
I was told by both the kiosk and Verizon phone support that porting in lines from Sprint on iPhonesXR that I already purchased would result in $350 credit per line.
We ported in three iPhone Xr and purchased two new iPhone 13 Xr back in December.
Reassures multiple times that after 45-60 days we would receive a rebate card or bill credit for $350x3= $1050.
It has been nearly three months and no credit and no ones seems to know how to do it.

Tried to enter the rebate with multiple different dates on/around the date I purchased and activated my account. Won't accept the code.
Tried calling Verizon, chatting with Verizon. Called the rebate helpline 1977-899-8980, but you have to have a rebate or tracking number already for them to help.
I believe that either this is a result of incompetence or possible deliberate delay in an attempt to void my $1050 in credit.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated. thank you!!
