We were told we had $579 loyalty credits on 2 of our lines back in January 2021. We proceeded to purchase 2 new iPhone 12s. We have yet to receive our credits. We have proof of our credits from a screen shot of the chat session. When I tried to tell the agent about this on a chat this afternoon - April 20, 2021 - he/she suddenly went silent. Like many others in the community, I believe Verizon is being disingenuous. They already make you jump through hoops and engage in lengthy sessions every time you are attempting to claim credits or seek other service. Now, they appear to be denying these credits.
