So i had a payment agreement since I am unemployed due to covid i set an agreement but needed to change it sue to my money coming into my account late and when i clicked to change it it said i was unable to do so, So i had to call and was charged the 7.00 Assistance fee and at the end of the call the agent said to avoid paying the fee just change the agreement in the app well i tried that multiple times looks like Verizon locks your agreement after so many days so you have to call to pay the extra 7.00 bucks i do think this is ridiculous and you can ridicule me all you want its my opinion and to me its complete garbage. If i could have changed it I would have in the app, Especially when money is super tight at Christmas time.
I forgetting it get it. Assistance should be included with subscription to the service. People will yes-man themselves into pics poor treatment to avoid looking like a complainer but it is just another way of nickel and diming consumers. People's enthusiastic acceptance of whatever dear-leader corporate overlords say is the reason Apple feels confident enough to exclude chargers from the box with their new phones. Brazil wasn't having that, Americans want to save face and not complain. It's garbage, especially right now.
A reconnect fee is $20 per line, my bank charges $25 for an overdraft, credit card charges $39 for a late fee. A $7 fee to avoid more expensive fees is preferable to paying higher fees for being late.
