We know how important it is to fully understand your bill. We do not charge anything to discuss or review your bill with you. We do have an Agent Assist Fee if you request to make a payment with an agent over the phone. We have many free self-serve options in making a payment so you can avoid paying this fee. Check this link for details: http://spr.ly/6603EbhbZ Does this help clarify?
I can understand wanting to have clarity on the Agent Assist Fee charge of $7.00. I can see how this could be confusing.
Mama23dogs, customers are charged a $7.00 fee for payments and payment arrangements made with a Customer Service or Customer Financial Service agent, including future-dated payments.
We do offer free services to complete all of the same features and functions free online at http://vz.to/2jfGiCB .
I hope you will find this information beneficial.
No one is charging you to DISCUSS your bill. The charge is to have someone else take the PAYMENT for the bill.
My Verizon app takes a few clicks, the website takes a few clicks. #pmt takes less time following prompts than it does waiting in a call queue.
Absurd and disgusting. Verizon should be ashamed. The company charges a premium already for service and yet you’ve found another teat to suckle, especially during a global pandemic. The automated system glitches more than Windows Vista and kept referring me to an agent. I had to hang up three times before my payment was processed! So, I can understand why someone would want to have an agent process the payment for them.
You’ve come to the wrong place for sympathy. You’re on a computer or mobile device and could manage to log into the forum to write that post. But you couldn’t manage to use the same computer or mobile device to log into your My Verizon account and pay your bill for free. Mind blown. 😂🤣😂🤣
