Hope everyone is having a great day. I added a jet pack to my vzw plan, but when I went to the store the sales person gave me the jetpack and said the only change to my account would be a $10/month access fee.
Now I am being told that this is a fake Verizon store called MOBILE Generation located at 1201 N Clark Street.
The Employee there named: Kory [Removed] did NOT inform me this was adding a contract to my account, I never signed a contract or agreement stating that I would be entered into a two year agreement.
Additionally I reached out to the owner of Mobile Generation DERRICK [Removed] 2732 N MARSHFIELD AVE Chicago IL 60614 and received no response.
Verizon is of course saying it's not their fault.. and providing no information about who signed the agreement, or what verifcation steps were used to access my account information.
Does anyone have any advice?
Small claims court?

How much did you pay for the Jetpack? Is the contract on the Jetpack line?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
How long ago did you get the jetpack, you can return it if it is withing 14 days of purchase, which would let you out of the contract.
