It didn't work as intended ...
It keep asking the same information and didn't recognized my phone device ..
This week, 4/21/2017, on my device when I click the verzion icon (my verizon), it says: "To protect your account from suspicious activity, we'll need to verify your device". Then I type in my phone # as requested, and it asks for pw and typed that in as same pw that I use to sign-in online account and still doesn't work. No matter what I do, it say type in your valid phone, etc. I am not sure if this is legit or fake now. can anyone look into it or does anyone has same problem access it from your device?
