About to warranty my phone *AGAIN*...

Red Hydrogen One. Absolute piece of *JUNK*.

I think I'm on my 3rd replacement, about to go for the 4th.

First one had a fingerprint sensor that went bad, bluetooth audio bug.

Second one, fingerprint sensor and lockups.

Third one, Bluetooth audio bug, lockups, crashes, and a screen that randomly does *NOT* respond at all -- this one isn't even 5 days old. I still have the previous one in the box ready to go back to Verizon.

My buyout is, like, $300. Is there anything that can be done to help me? I mean, I'm *SERIOUSLY* considering jumping ship to another provider.  I've been with Verizon since 2005. My bill is *INSANE* already -- I just would like a little help here. Thanks!

Didn’t Verizon just have a trade in offer for that phone for the Note 20?

You notice there isn’t a ‘Red Hydrogen 2’.  Because the phone was a  dud.  They stopped support so you can’t even go to the manufacturer.   
Look for a trade in deal and dump it.

The trade in was $20.

And yeah, supposedly, the ODM messed up RED over and made changes to the final piece that wasn't OK'd by them.

I mean, I like having it as a self-defense weapon, but I'd prefer to have a phone that works! 😄
