It has taken over 2 days of constant chats, texts, and phone calls with over 10 different "customer service" technicians, only to be interrupted in the middle of each by either the chat timing out, or the phone call dropping, and NO resolution is ever reached.
The only thing that happens is that my account gets overcharged with "mistaken" charges, device pricing changes, and unauthorized plan increases that I can never get anyone to resolve.
Each time a conversation is started, I am bumped off and have to start all over with a new person.
Seriously lacking in communication and follow through...
You are absolutely right we have been with Verizon 26 years thier sales reps are not on the same page they ha e absolutely no loyalty to their customers some people you talk act like your bothering them their customers service is the absolute worse I have ever had it's amazing how they still hold on to thier customer one day I can trade in my phone two days later I can't . Thier app doesn't work it keeps sending me to log in. I am am just dumbfounded I was told I could get a trade in and no I can't and then they I could do with another phone and supposed that promotion was no good wow this is just mind blowing but it's all because they just do not care about their customers its really that simple to put it plainly.
