Absolutely no customer service!!!!

What has happened to Verizon customer service? I can't connect to ANYONE who can help me with a technical support issue, the chat service is USELESS!!! Are there other carriers who have real customer support?

When people stop calling in with stupid questions and when Verizon figures out closing centers to overload workers is a terrible model, you'd get better support.

PLEASE reach out to me - you have my contact email. I have tried 5x to reach ANYONE who can focus on my problem. I have to resort to driving nearly an hour to a Verizon store because you don't have technical support!!!
