I am TRYING to get 2 simple answers--at what date usage do my speeds slow down on my plan, and what is a quick way (like #DATA) to check my usage throughout the month? My husband is going to a non-WIFI area and wants to stream sports, but we are at the beginning of our billing period, and I don't want my speeds to slow down since I use my phone for work. The website is so cluttered with ads that I can't get an answer, the chat assistant is useless, giving automated answers to questions I didn't ask. And I am on hold for 8 minutes so far.....Come on, STAFF UP!!! And CLEAN UP the website!

As noted on there script reply they never answer anything but I think it depends on your plan not sure the specific rule they use but seems if you go over or near your data limit it slows you down I think on unlimited it has a cap before it does
