Who can I contact for help with my account? I have been a loyal and on time payment customer for 10 years now. All of a sudden im am Unable to make any type of purchase whatsoever using the app, online, or on the phone. Im stuck in a what i would call a security loop.
I was finally told by the 20th phone representative I need to go to a verizon store to upgrade lines on my account. I went into the store showed my identification and upgraded my lines. Now even after proven who i am I still cannot purchase anything in the app or online no matter the form of payment.
What is the point of online if Im unable to use it?......and after 10 years of using it. I still have yet to speak with a person on the phone who can help me. Is there a way to speak to a security rep?
