Account owner set up message+ for other numbers

Can the account owner set up Message+ for all numbers on account without that number knowing?

For example, I am the account owner with number 800-123-XXXX

On my account, I have family members with number 800-124-XXXX and 800-123-XXXX.

Can I set up Message+ to view their text messages online without 68’s and 69’s knowledge?

To set up Integrated Messages through Message+ you would need that specific numbers My Verizon login. Once set up, they will receive a text messaging confirming this was set up.
