***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Activated iphone but no service.

I just activated my iphone 14 Pro and it has all the details of my account under cellular tab.   In the top corner it says "SOS". I've tried restarting phone and turning on and off cellular, but now I can't make a call from my old or new device.  Help!

I depend on my device for everything, so not being able to use my new or old phone is very concerning. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what software is currently running on the new iPhone 14?

Trying to investigate it says SIM locked.  I'm wondering if this has something to do with it.

Thank you for the details. The SIM locked should not affect the signal, but we want to get to the bottom of this. Did you lock the SIM yourself? Have you reset the netowrk settings or restarted the device recently?
