Hello, for some reason I am unable to add items to my shopping cart when I am logged into My Verizon. Is there some sort of issue happening right now with the online shop?
DavidD3, we want you to be able to add items to your Cart. Are you having trouble on our website Verizon.com or on our My Verizon app?
Is this happening with all itmes or just a certain one?
