Hi All,

 

     I applied for ACP discount 2 weeks ago. I talked with an agent and she said it takes 8 days for the discount to applied. Yesterday I chatted with an online agent and she said Verizon is still reviewing the ACP application. I already missed one month of discount and it is keep delaying. Can I talk with someone with more seniority.

Thanks so much for contacting us, wutchan65, in order to start receiving the ACP discount, you first must receive the confirmation that you were approved, after that it can take up to 1  bill cycle to be effective on your bill, the process can not be expedited but as soon as you are approved we will definitely let you know, we appreciate your understanding.

Hi Arturo,

     I talked with an agent 3 weeks ago and the agent said it takes 8 days to get the process completed. I talked to an agent last Friday and the agent said my application is currently under review. I already missed out two months of ACP discount. To me it seems Verizon needs infinite amount of time to review my application. What is your plan/solution to the problem?
