Hi i recently switched over to verizon and signed up for the more everything plan including 10gb of data and 2 lines of service. I brought devices over, so i am currently receiving a 25$ discount per line for "month to month" service. My corporate discount was validated in late January, and im now being told by verizon reps that I am not eligible for this discount because according to them the more everything plan is "already discounted." Is this true? i have not seen it written anywhere in their policy. Thanks and please advise.

That is not true, I get corp discount and $25 discount per line for month to month. You should get the percent off the $80 charge for the 10 GB
Yep they are mistaken. We get a 20% discount off our data. We have the 15 GB for $100 plan inwhich we only pay $80 for.
thanks for the answers. i guess ill be giving the discount department again. Are there any reps on this board who can confirm? when i spoke to them over the phone they couldnt seem to give me a exact reason, but insisted that it couldnt be applied.
Possibly you should try adding it yourself instead of trusting someone else to do it for you. Of course, if it is allowed would depend on the agreement between your employer and Verizon. I currently get the $25 line access fee discount on 3 out of contract lines and a 22% discount on my 10 GB of data.
Go to the link, input your information and wait for the discount to apply instead of calling and having someone tell you they are not sure of the discount policy.
Thanks for the repsonse. Actually I already completed the requested and my account in fact says that my employment has been validated on my account. However I have yet to see any discount reflected on my statement.
I was told the same from the store reps and online that it can't be applied since the unlimited plan is already discounted. I went on my corporate computer and appllied it from there and it allows me to do it and its accepted. Its been two weeks and hopefully in the next cycle I should see the adjustment...keeping fingers crossed
