Amazing Customer Service

This week, I made two trips to visit the Verizon Authorized Retailer at the Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe, Arizona. Kristina Castro, assisted in installing a Sim Card, as well as ensuring my iPhone was correctly updated. Her patience, and kindness to my grandsons, was truly appreciated. Her professionalism, and personalized attention, is a testament to what true customer care represents. Thank you, Kristina for also suggesting an Otter Box to protect my new phone.
