Someone please tell me they have actually gotten some resolution with their trade in horror story....
I traded a phone in in June 2021 for $700 credit over 24 months. I was sent a return label from Verizon and was told the credit would start in 2 to 3 billing cycles. I even upgraded to the unlimited plan as part of the agreement.
Fast forward to 6 months later. The credit has yet to show up. On top of that, no one at Verizon can seem to tell me anything. I have either chatted with or spoken to at least 15 people over the last 2 months. I have proof of delivery showing the phone was received at their Returns Center in Texas.
I am going to file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau in hopes I can get them to honor their trade in agreement with me. There are too many of these stories on this forum.
