I have been a loyal customer for about 20 years, so I want the customer service chat log from 8/24/2020. What was offered to me is not being honored, and if I knew that was going to happen I never would have changed my plan. I am truly ready to change providers, I couldn't be more frustrated with how things have taken a turn.

Same for me. And they told me that they can't do anything for me. I contact someone from their leadership team and rquested help.
